Meet baby Virgina and her pretty pink nursery! I can’t get over this beautiful newborn session! It’s always just such a special time to capture and there’s something so fun about all the pink and bows that come along with baby girls.

New parents often ask me if it’s better for babies to be awake or asleep during our sessions and my answer is that we just want a happy baby. Doing a feeding right before usually helps, although sometimes we will need to stop for an additional feeding here or there. In an ideal world, we could get some of the little ones both awake and asleep, but we are at their mercy and a big component of these lifestyle newborn sessions is going with the flow.
