Imagine marrying your best friend in front of a beautiful lake by a lodge in the woods with the sun shining and the birds singing, surrounded by all of your friends and family. Lauren and Jon’s wedding was just that. It was a wonderful day full of love, music and celebration (even their wedding décor was music themed!)

I was thrilled when Lauren and Jon asked me to shoot their wedding. Not only was I honored to have the opportunity, but I knew that this wedding was going to be full of amazing moments to capture with such a creative couple.  From stolen moments on the other side of the door, to the amazingly thoughtful presents to each other, the day was full of anticipation and excitement.

After a beautiful ceremony by the lake, first dances, dinner and cake cutting, Lauren and Jon put on an awesome musical performance for their guests on the back porch of the lodge. It was right around sunset with a perfect backdrop around the lake.

I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding to shoot or a more perfect couple to celebrate. I would also like to thank Romain Gremaud for his amazing photography work and assistance as well!
