Our Honeymoon! San Juan Island | Seattle

Romain and I had a hard time deciding where to go on our honeymoon. I think it’s because we haven’t been traveling as much as we’d like (something we are trying to change), so everything sounded like fun! We bounced around from tropical to Napa to Charleston and then we found the San Juan Islands in Washington State and we were sold! It had a good mix of adventure and relaxation and we were so excited about visiting the Pacific Northwest! It didn’t disappoint! We biked around the island, which was the most amazing way to explore and proved to be one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen.  We went whale watching and that was one of the coolest experiences to date! We got to see 2 families of whales and one of the males even popped up right in front of our boat and bumped us! It was both trilling and terrifying since the boat we were on was pretty small. After all our adventuring, we finished up in San Juan Island and headed back to Seattle, where we spend our last 3 nights. Our hotel was right at Pikes Place Market so we were right in the heart of the hustle and bustle. We had a lot of good eats and views and loved exploring the city!

I’m not much of a writer, so I’ll let the pictures do most of the talking! It was the best time and the perfect first adventure as husband and wife! I mean, great views, perfect weather, amazing food, and great adventure…what more could you ask for?! I can’t wait to see where our future travels take us!
