Foodie Friday: Plum Galette

Here she is! The plum galette! 👩🏼‍🍳

I’ve been wanting to make a galette for awhile now and then a few weeks ago, my mother in law gave us the Baking with Julia cookbook by Julia Child and I found the perfect galette dough recipe – the trick is cornmeal to create texture and give it a sturdy base to hold the filing! I’m a fan of anything that’s supposed to look rustic!
