It’s been awhile since we’ve had a wedding sneak peek post on the blog! What an exciting day!

Like so many couples this year, Kathryn & Alex had to move their original summer wedding date to the fall, choosing a more intimate celebration than first planned, not to mention a whole new location! I certainly won’t speak for them, but I’d say it was a pretty perfect day. With the sun peaking over the building and anticipation high, Kathryn and Alex had the most magical first look that started with hugs and ended with high fives. I could almost feel the anxiety melt away after they saw each other for the first time.

The whole bridal party was amazing, but the groomsmen might take the cake for the most fun group of guys I’ve worked with yet. They had their ideas and who I am to stand in the way of their amazing creativity. I felt like I was right in the middle of the Jets vs. Sharks on West Side Story. Speaking of cake, Alex’s surprise ramen noodle groom’s cake was so fun and genius! I’m a big fan of any couple that loves food and cooking as much as Romain and I do. It was a day full of happy tears, so much joy and so much overwhelming love and support for these two amazing people.

We were so honored to capture Kathryn and Alex’s beautiful day and wish them so much happiness in all their years to come!
