This engagement session makes my heart sing! I think downtown Raleigh will always be one of my favorite locations for photos. Plus, Allison and Tanner made my job so easy! I felt like I’d known them forever after only five minutes into the session. This is why engagement sessions are the best! It’s a chance to get out all the nerves of being in front of the camera and to get comfortable with your photographer. Plus, almost all of my couples tell me afterwards that they started off nervous and ended up having a great time, which is music to my ears!

These two have an awesome story too! Tanner proposed in a winter wonderland in Banff National Park in Canada, with a full on tripod set up at Lake Louise, bending down on one knee as they posed for a picture with a self timer. Epic!! They are tying the knot at The Bradford in September and we are so pumped to get to capture it!
