Meet Amanda & Bryce! I cannot get over how cute these two were during their session! Laughter and joy are some of my favorite emotions to capture and Bryce has a special way of making Amanda laugh that just lights up her entire face. It’s really something special.

This is why wedding photographers love engagement sessions. I got to watch the way Bryce looks at Amanda and I now know that if he has a chance, he’s going to steal a kiss. I learned that they both LOVE the Carolina Hurricanes and go to every game they can and that Amanda loves the exposed brick look, which is why they chose the Rickhouse as their wedding venue. They are both kind hearted and so much fun to be around, which makes me think they are going to have some epic, heart-felt toasts at their wedding.

Now can you image me showing up for their big day without knowing these little details about them?! That’s not to say that their photos wouldn’t still be amazing, just that having that extra connection with my couples makes a world of difference in their experience. I show up as a friend and one of their biggest cheerleaders of the day. It’s one of the biggest rewards of my job!
