Julie and Ralph’s wedding day was the most beautiful day for such a celebration. This is saying a lot because Hurricane Michael had just blown through the day before and most of the area around the Fearrington Village was without power. Oh, to live in North Carolina with its ever changing weather patterns. This was especially unsettling for Julie and Ralph, who had family flying in from all over the country. Luckily for these two, almost everything worked out for them in the end and they had a beautiful day to tie the knot!

We loved capturing this day and all of its intimate details. The Fearrington is the perfect setting for a chic, Southern wedding with just the right amount of elegance. Julie and Ralph’s family and friends were so excited for these two, which really came through at their toasts during the reception. It’s always so heartwarming to see families come together to celebrate the love of two people. They not only celebrated their love for each other, but how strong and successful each of them are independently, which is only amplified by the two of them joining together.
