My best friend is having a baby!! What a crazy, amazing, whirlwind this phase of life has been! We originally planned this session as a one year anniversary session for these two, but it quickly changed into a combination anniversary session and baby announcement!

I’m tearing up as I type this because I know that Julia and Andrew are going to be the best parents. Julia is one of the most kind, caring and compassionate people I know. She also teaches child development to her students, so she’s already pretty ahead of the game. I always think back to how far we’ve come since move in day, freshman year of college. We were just little babies then, with the whole big, wide world ahead of us. Now we’re grown and making families! Adulting is hard most of the time, but I’d say bringing a new life into the world is one of the high points! She told me today that her baby boy is the size of a hot dog!

I’m so excited for these guy and I can’t wait to be an Auntie Whitney to this little fella!
