Foodie Friday: Blueberry Gin Sours

A quick #gremaudfoodiefriday, just in time for all those Valentine’s & Galentine’s celebrations! These delicious and luxurious blueberry gin sours will make you feel real fancy! 💁🏼‍♀️ They are the perfect balance of not too sweet and not too tart! ⠀

Muddle together in shaker: ⠀
1 cup of blueberries⠀
Lemon juice from half a lemon⠀
2 tablespoons of simple syrup ⠀

After muddled, add the following:⠀
1/3 cup of gin⠀
Egg whites from 1 egg⠀
2 dashes if bitters (if you have them) ⠀

Shake vigorously to foam up the egg whites for about 30 seconds. Open (carefully) and add lots of ice and shake again for 30 more seconds to chill. Pour in fancy glasses and top with some blueberries! Voila! Add some gold bangles for optimal fanciness 💁🏼‍♀️ #gincredible #keepyourginup
